And because it can handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, this is one of the toughest food pans available.
This full size food pan features an easy lift spoon notch so that you can safely, cleanly, and quickly remove it from food bar areas. The notch is specially designed to prevent hand-to-food contact so that your food avoids sources of contamination. Simply insert a utensil underneath the notch, lift, and the food pan removes without any strain.
