This Beverage Air WTRCS84-1-89 89" refrigerated chef base features a heavy duty insulated stainless steel work top, which helps eliminate heat transfer to the inside of the cabinet and provides ample space for countertop cooking equipment like fryers, griddles, or charbroilers. The chef base's top drawers can hold up to two 6" deep full size food pans each. The bottom drawers can hold up to two 4" deep full size food pans each.

Its powerful 1/5 hp compressor uses R134a refrigerant to maintain a temperature range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. 2" of CFC-free polyurethane insulation increases the chef base's overall energy efficiency and structural integrity. Heavy duty 6" casters allow for easy maneuverability and cleaning. The Bev Air WTRCS84-1-89 89" refrigerated chef base is UL Listed and requires a 115V electrical connection.
