From the Elite series, the Beverage Air SPED60-12M-4 60" mega top sandwich / salad prep table with four drawers is designed to keep your freshest toppings and ingredients close at hand at food-safe holding temperatures. Its high-capacity refrigeration system boasts an optimized airflow pattern that cools the pans from the bottom for more even temperature distribution and improved performance. The top section can hold up to six 1/6 size food pans plus two 1/2 size pans up to 4" deep. Each heavy duty top drawer can hold one 4" deep food pan, while the bottom drawers each hold one full size food pan up to 6" deep. -4" deep polycarbonate food pans included for top section

-Top section holds (6) 1/6 size pans plus (2) 1/2 size pans (included); will also hold up to (12) 1/6 size pans with additional adapter bars (not included)

-Top drawers hold one full size 4" deep food pan; bottom drawers hold one full size 6" deep food pan (not included)

-Cabinet insulated with CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for energy efficiency

-1/3 hp compressor and R134a refrigerant maintain food safe holding temperatures
