Thanks to its heavy duty refrigeration system and air cooled topping rail, this Beverage Air SPE48-18M 48" mega top refrigerated salad / sandwich prep table keeps your toppings and sauces cool and fresh even with the lid open. Six 1/6 size, two 1/2 size, and 1 full size food pans that are 4" deep are included with the Beverage Air SPE48-18M mega top refrigerated salad / sandwich prep table. It will also hold up to (18) 1/6 size pans, with additional adapter bars (not included). Its self closing doors feature a convenient 120 degree stay open feature, for easier loading and unloading of product.

The Beverage Air 48" mega top prep table's 1/4 hp compressor uses R134A refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures. CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps improve the prep table's energy efficiency. The Beverage Air 48" mega top sandwich / salad prep refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection. An 8' power cord with plug is included, as well as 4 shelves. It is UL Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for more details.
