Benton Lane Choice food release is a blend of pure vegetable oil and high grade lecithin. As with other products made from pure vegetable oil, it does not contain cholesterol. Lecithin, a refinement of soybean oil, adheres to pan surfaces when heated and forms a clear, smooth, protective coating which prevents food from sticking. Water is used as the carrier and flashes off immediately after hitting the pan, leaving a rich, thick coating of lecithin.
