Plus, the shelf that holds the plates can be moved up and down among the 5 shelf positions. Adjusting the shelf will help accommodate foods of different heights, or control the heat intensity for hardier or more delicate foods.

This cheese melter uses energy efficient quartz heating elements that are quick to heat up. A convenient standby mode reduces energy use by up to 75% during slow periods. This is ideal for in between meal periods! Also, this cheese melter has a 15 minute timer so you can be sure your food is under the heat for the perfect amount of time.
