Start by thawing the madeleine batter; it should be kept frozen until you're ready to use it, then thaw for 12 hours under refrigeration and an additional 30 minutes at room temperature. Once the batter is thawed, cut off the corner of the pouch and pipe the batter into madeleine molds (sold separately). Bake the madeleines at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. When finished baking, remove the madeleines from the oven and cool slightly, then remove the madeleines from the molds and place them on a wire rack to finish cooling.
