This fiberglass 18" x 26" bagel proofing board does not absorb moisture, and will not bend, distort, or sag! Bagel boards like this one are great for proofing bagels or other baked goods. It features a textured surface to control corn meal, and can withstand temperatures of -60 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. This fiberglass bagel proofing board is 5/16" thick and is NSF Listed.
