I have been using this burner for about 2 years ,almost every week, it's a good burner,you need to light it up for about 5 minute for first time user before cooking with it,make sure all the screws are tighten properly.

Solid, sturdy burner. I used it today with the All American 930 canner with 13 quart jars of tomatoes and it had no problems supporting the weight. For reference the canner weighs 30 lbs empty and 13 quart jars of tomatoes takes approximately 50 lbs fresh tomatoes to fill.

I really love my new backyard pro . Great product at a great price. I used it to cook for a party for over 100 people It works great with my big pot . It shipped really fast. I got it within 2 days of ordering it and It wasn't too difficult to assemble.

How to prevent your pot from getting black. I have this burner and it works great, but when getting it out from the winter storage the flames seemed high and was burning yellow with lots of black carbon on the pot. To solve the problem I opened the burner and I found a spider had made a next in the burner. Cleaned it out and it works like new.

Product is great, unbelievable price and shipping was fast.
Not impressed, the paint peels off due to the heat from burner and smells awful. I thought it would burn off after the first use but it keeps peeling away. I'm also concerned with the attachment point from the burner to the metal frame, which seems weak. On the plus side, it does crank out the heat and will get my 40 quart pot boiling in a reasonable amount of time. Delivery was prompt.

This think is a beast! I used it with an 80qt stock pot to make demi glacé, and for re-heating food on outdoor caters. The flame is huge, so the regulator will malfunction from time to time after being lit. Turn everything off, and re-light, and it will eventually get a good flame

We bought this just cause I liked the price and ended up using it to heat big pans of food during a 100+ guests gathering. It was a lifesaver when my 6 burner stove in kitchen wasn't enough. I later used it to make breakfast one spring morning in our backyard.

This was my second time ordering from webstaurantstore.com and I've have to say they don't disappoint. The Backyard burner works fantastically and was pretty simple to assemble everything fit precisely and the propane hook up had no leaks. Its a simple design but when you get cooking you'll be thrilled at its simplicity. I'll probably order another one pretty soon for a friend who loves camping as much as I do.
