This Avantco SCL1 27" sandwich / salad prep refrigerator features a stainless steel, slide rail work area and a cold topping holding area that can hold up to six, 1/6 size food pans up to 6" deep.
An insulated, hinged cover helps keep your condiments, meats, and vegetables at food safe holding temperatures while it's closed, and also contributes to the unit's energy efficiency. Built in casters, two of which are locking, allow you to move the sandwich / salad refrigerator for easy cleaning and servicing.
Store additional toppings for quick access in the sandwich / salad preparation refrigerator's lower section. The lower refrigerator has a self closing door and one plastic coated wire shelf. Adjustable mounting brackets give you complete control over the refrigerator's shelving configuration, to accommodate a variety of prepared toppings, garnishes, dressings, and condiments.
The Avantco SCL1 refrigerator's 1/5 hp compressor uses R134a refrigerant. Foamed in place CFC-free insulation helps maintain interior temperatures between 32 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit. An interior fan regulates the refrigerator's temperature and directs cool air upward, to help keep your toppings at food safe holding temperatures.
The Avantco SCL1 sandwich / salad prep refrigerator has a 120V, 3.8 amp, 60 Hz. electrical rating, and is ETL Sanitation Listed and NSF Compliant.

I got this fridge for the ease of use and size. It fit perfectly in my small mobile kitchen. But when I opened the first day it was hot and I had no ac unit at the time it got to about 120f thats when i noticed the fridge not keeping up in got to 53 which is really bad,and that was with the top closed. So it works great with lots of ventalation we had 2 move it about 5in off the wall and at room tem. mobile kitchen use not so good but great otherwise.
Great for my mobile food trailer! I recommend this website to anyone looking into getting the right equipment for the right price! Great website! two thumbs up!
