This Avantco 177PHDS6 right steamer plate serves as a direct replacement for the original part that came with your HDS-175 hot dog steamer. This perforated plate fits in the right compartment of your steamer and allows steam to enter the cavity at the appropriate volume. Together with the left plate it guarantees hot, moist hot dogs and buns ready for serving!
