Details
The Avantco 177PF2TL temp limiter is a direct replacement for the same component in Avantco F200 and F202 electric countertop fryers. If your fryer's thermometer fails or the oil simply gets too hot, the temp limiter will automatically shut down the fryer to prevent safety hazards.
