The Avantco 177FPAN is a direct replacement for the oil pan that came with your Avantco F100 or F102 countertop fryer. The pan fits directly into the fryer body and holds oil while cooking. Its two convenient side handles allow you to easily remove the pan for disposing of oil and cleaning.
