Featuring two 8 qt. icing bowls and a temperature controlled water jacket, this conditioner keeps icing at the perfect temperature. As water circulates in the water jacket cavity, heat is evenly distributed, reducing hot spots and ensuring a gradual warming and cooling of the product in the bowls. It also decreases the risk of icing breakdown, producing smooth, perfectly textured icing all day long. Each bowl has a lid to keep out contaminants and maintain sanitation throughout use.

The recessed, built in controls ensure full control of the unit while preventing accidental activation or temperature change. Operation is straightforward with a simple rocker switch to turn the unit on or off. Temperature is controlled by using a dial to select a range from 60 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed of durable 304 stainless steel, this unit is designed to stand up to heavy use in your establishment. Four casters allow for smooth and easy movement while two braking casters ensure safety during use. This is also convenient when draining or filling the water jacket.
