These are excellent molds for making unique chocolate curl garnishes. They are easy to use for making cannolis too, just spray with a little pan release for easy removal.

Cannolis come out great in this, but I also use these to shape puff pastry, roll cookies, or even to core cupcakes for stuffing! If you're creative you can find so many uses for these!

These cannoli forms are really great. Spray lightly before putting your dough on them and the canolis slide right off! this is another great product produce from Ateco as well.

These cannoli rolls are great. These are great for production of cream horns and other pastries. These are great for making chocolate flowers and chocolate curls.
