    These are awesome for using your classical french cooking techniques. Perfect for cooking pates terrines and mousses. Ateco makes quality prodcuts and this one doesnt differ.

    this cone shaped bottom rectangular mold with cover is very nice and well made from ateco. the final product that comes out of the pan has a very nice finish
