It takes the hassle out of baking with uniquely-shaped molds. Another option for this versatile rack is to use it as a prep station and have rice or other portioned foods ready to go for plating! It has (4) 1 1/8" and (4) 1 11/16" sized holes to accommodate a variety of food molds. With its rigid, durable, stainless steel form, your delicious creations won't move around when transporting, freezing, or baking.

To use, simply place molds with prepared food into any of its holes. The rack can even be inverted for more versatility and use with pyramid-shaped molds. This can be kept on a prep station to expedite serving while ensuring consistent presentation. For best results, use a full size bun pan underneath to minimize messes and make cleanup easier.
