This is great for making mini pie tops! It cuts a perfect size and saves so much time! We also use it for mini puff pasty!

I have never seen a circle cutter like this so I just had to get it! I must say, it is awesome! It makes preparation so much easier.

Even though we don't make ravioli that often, at this price, we had to purchase this cutter. It really does make cutting pasta dough much more efficient, and has allowed us to make fresh ravioli as a weekly special, whereas before, we made them only once every month.

I never knew a product like this existed before looking on webstaurant. I think I have fallen in love with this. It actually comes in very handy!
