The APW Wyott RTR4 topping rail can hold four, 1/6 size 6" deep food pans, which are included. Polycarbonate hinged lids are also included, to help seal in your products freshness and flavor.
The APW Wyott RTR4 four compartment refrigerated topping rail has a 120V, 360 watt, 3 amp, single phase electrical rating, uses R134a (CFC free) refrigerant, and is UL Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
