With a durable stainless steel construction and a unique system that provides uniform heat over all of your products, this APW Wyott PD-1A infrared freestanding display warmer is an excellent choice for any busy kitchen! This freestanding heat lamp display warmer has polished stainless steel reflectors behind the heating elements to radiate more heat toward your food.

The infrared technology provides a much more consistent heating distribution and reduces both hot and cold spots. Its metal sheathed heating elements increase overall durability as well as safety. As opposed to quartz style tube heating elements the metal sheathed element will not shatter as easily. The durable all stainless steel construction will resist corrosion and is also easy to clean. It comes with (2) 250W infrared bulbs. This warmer requires a 240V electrical connection. Pan sold separately.
