Keep your cold menu items chilled at safe and delicious temperatures with the APW Wyott PCT-2 two well portable cold food table! This cold food table holds a 12" x 20" food pan full of vegetables, sides, or other delicious foods in each well. Additionally, this well comes equipped with coated metal legs with 4" diameter casters and a convenient push bar for durability and easy transportation.

For optimum cooling versatility, this table can be filled with pounds of ice in its 6" deep ice pans to provide constant, long-term cooling or a brief, short-term chill. Excess water is siphoned off into a brass drain with a 1 1/2" NPS connection to prevent water buildup and maintain sanitation. On the exterior, a 1/2" thick poly board on a stainless steel bracket provides a sturdy surface where customers can place their trays or plates and load up on your signature foods. This unit also comes with a convenient undershelf to hold additional trays, dishes, or other items so your staff can quickly replace buffet products during your busiest hours.
