The APW Wyott GGM-48H Champion 48" countertop gas griddle with manual controls and two safety pilots is great for small kitchens, concession stands and mobile food vendors! Suited for everything from breakfast pancakes to hot dogs or burgers, the griddle's four high-output "U" burners deliver 100,000 BTU of power for quick and efficient cooking.
Two built-in safety pilots can sense when the pilot lights are extinguished and stop the gas supply to prevent buildup and avoid potential danger. The front-access opening allows for easy pilot lighting without removing the front panel for added convenience.
This griddle has a thick stainless steel construction that is made to resist rust and corrosion, while 4" adjustable legs allow you to match the height of your other countertop equipment. The 3/4" thick stainless steel griddle provides you with a 48" x 23 3/4" cooking surface that allows room for cooking multiple items at once! A 3" backsplash and sloping sidesplashes help keep grease off of your countertops, while a removable grease drawer also helps expedite cleanup.
