This countertop food warmer is designed to rethermalize and hold pre-cooked refrigerated foods and is perfect for providing a quick thaw to soups and chilis to get them up to serving temperature. An innovative "serpentine" shaped heating element evenly distributes heat throughout the warmer, providing every guest with a consistently warm product. It can even preheat water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit in just 10 minutes!

Both the exterior of the warmer and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel for a sturdy construction that's also easy to clean. It also features an insulated design that not only protects your countertop but also protects interior parts for long lasting use.

This unit can operate on a 208V or a 240V electrical connection.
