Its compact size allows you to serve fresh hot dog buns without wasting valuable serving space. You can even put your roller grill on top of the cabinet for added space saving!

The APW Wyott BC-31 bun cabinet is made of solid stainless steel for extra durability. It features a front door for self serve applications, and a rear door for "clerk served" countertop service.
