These are great for cutting out cupcakes in the middle. One broke after a couple times but its ok. Very affordable and helpful in the kitchen

This thing works like a charm! One of my favorite dessert recipes calls for cored apples so you can pour a caramel cinnamon mixture inside and bake - this makes easy work of a whole pan of apples. It's super inexpensive so if you're looking to experiment, grab one!

This apple corer does its job, and has, so far, shown to be sturdy enough. Good clean cut through the apple. I run it through the dishwasher.

This apple corer cleanly and easily cores all the apples that we use in our pies and other baked goods. We go through hundreds of apples in any given week, and our single corer has held out like a champ. In a pinch, it also works wonderfully as a cupcake corer.

I wish I could give a higher review for this product. The metal is very flimsy and after a single use, many of the ones I purchased were bent out of shape. They need to be more sturdy.

Thank you for your review! We're sorry to hear your apple corer is flimsy. For a heavier duty corer, try this Victorinox Apple Corer.

This is a great time saver and works really good. It is easy to wash and can easily be stored anywhere. I have had mine for years and it is still in great condition.

Great for coring my cupcakes! I bought this after reading other reviews. Haven't tried for apples, so I can't say whether it would be good for that or not.

I bought this for my cupcakes! To core and fill it with anything. I used to just core it with a small knife but I seem to take out a lot more of the cake part. When I started using this, there were less cake being taken out. Great tool! I bet I can find more ways to use it.

The Apple Corer is a great little tool for many uses. Not only to pull the core out of apples but it works very well for taking the center out of cupcakes to fill with cream.

Easy as (apple) pie. This corer is so easy to use as long and it's done the right way. Simple lay the apple on a flat surface, position the teeth on the apple and push down. Turn the core all the way around and pull it back up. DONE! A perfectly cored apple.

I was a little skeptical when purchasing this because the price was extremely reasonable. Well, it works beautifully. Made baked apples the other day and did not even break a sweat when coring them.

I actually use this not for apples, but to take out the center of my cupcakes, because its a clean hole so that I can put my fillings in there, perfect every time.

This is a great corer and a steal. Don't waste money buying a more expensive corer. This corer is superior to Oxo. The serrated edge is really good. Sharp enough, but it shouldn't cut you.

This is a very good apple corer. Relatively inexpensive, and when you compare the price to how it works, its a bargain. very good construction, works great, and quickly.

This is a basic heavy weight and heavy quality apple corer. It gets the job done an dis great when you have a lot of apple to do. For smaller jobs this is not the best as ejecting the last core is tough.
Stephen K. Posted on 01/18/2011
This is a high quality apple corer. It has a sharp cutting end to make quick work of coring apples. This is a excellent tool for the price.
