Seasoning Instructions

Bake delicious, topping-loaded pizzas in this American Metalcraft T4007P 7" 4000 Series perforated pizza pan! This pan features (36) perforated holes, 3/8" in diameter, to quickly cook a crispy crust, while also allowing moisture to escape so your pizza stays fresh longer. Made from tin-plated, 22 gauge steel, and featuring a 1" deep, straight-sided design, this practical pan is built for everyday use in your busy pizzeria.
