I swapped my old wooden rolling pin for this plastic one. I use it to press cookie dough into sheet pans (which I then freeze and cut up for cookie dough topping). It has a great weight to it, so you don't have to apply an excessive amount of force and the product doesn't stick to it as it does a traditional wood pin.

This little rolling pin is perfect for rolling out small circles of dough. My rugelach dough doesn’t stick to the plastic roller like the wood pins have a tendency to do. It’s proving to be very durable after more than a couple of falls to the floor. It also cleans up and dries quickly.

What a great product! it may need some getting used to, but after that it works like a charm. Use it everyday with no problems.

We do our fair share of dough rolling, and this little baby comes in particularly handy when rolling doughs directly into pans! It gets into all the nooks and crannies and we love it!

this is a solid, heavy duty rolling pin that i hope lasts for years. i use it for rolling out yeast doughs and want to try it for rolling out flour tortillas.

I purchased this, more because I thought it might come in handy for pasta and small bread work, where a large rolling pin might be too aggressive. I like the weight of it, not so heavy, and I find that I actually like working with this on pie crusts.
