This is a BIG pizza cutter. Nice American metalcraft that's sharp and is holding a nice edge. I ordered extra and one for home use.

The reason I bought this cutter was because I needed extra cutter to cut the dough at our bakery. I didn't expect much from it as I didn't want to to spend a lot for a cutter. It turned out to be better than expected and it is worth more than the price.

The handle is a little more green in person than in the picture... we use the color slicers as a warning to our pizza team that it is a pizza with a common allergy ingredient.

We've been using these cutters for a couple month. They are still razor shape. I also like that we can buy replacement blade for this cutter.

This thing is sharp! It's also big! I replaced my cheapo cutter after it finally wore out with this one and I am blown away by how smooth it cuts. The wheel is rather large so if you're using pans with high lips then you should probably go with the smaller wheel version which is also offered on the Webstaurant Store site, otherwise you'll get that part of the crust trapped where the pan and lip meet. I like how I can replace the blade if I ever damage it.

It's not the best pizza cutter, but it is inexpensive. I wish the hand guard on it was larger and the wheel was a about an inch smaller, but it is what it is.

Virtually half the price from my broadliners, quick shipment to my kitchen as well. I needed green for our gluten free tool bin and found them here, ready to ship.

Thanks for your review! Make sure to properly clean, sanitize and fully dry your pizza cutter before storing it. That should help to ensure that it does not rust.

These cutters have been used for almost a year. They are sharp and work just fine for our needs. I would buy them again if needed more.

easy to clean, easy to find, and has the right handle grip so you can point your finger and hold straight up.if you hold it that way you get a cleaner cut then just mashing up your pizza.
