The American Metalcraft HCCTP8N 8" heavy-weight pizza pan is perfect for baking and serving your guests’ favorite pizzas. This pan features nibs that are 5/8" in diameter and raise the pizza 1/8" above the surface of the pan, allowing moisture to escape, and giving your pizza a crispy crust.This pan features a wide, flat bottom that heats quickly and evenly to thoroughly bake your signature pizza. It’s made of 14 gauge, 1.5 mm aluminum for years of use!

Hard coat anodized pans, like this one, undergo a special electro-chemical process that converts the surface of aluminum into aluminum oxide. This hard finish promotes rapid baking thanks to its dark color, and it will not flake off. It's important to note that it's not non-stick and must be seasoned. Please consult the Seasoning Instructions for more information.
