Bake delicious Chicago-style and topping-loaded pizzas with this American Metalcraft HC90112SP 11" 9000 series super perforated tapered / nesting pizza pan! With twice the holes as a regular perforated pan, this pan features (164) 3/8" holes to quickly cook a crispy crust, while also allowing moisture to escape so your pizza stays fresh longer. A reliable and durable choice for your pizza shop, this 2" deep pan is made of 14 gauge, 1.5 mm thick hard coat, anodized aluminum! Ideal for maximizing storage space, this pan can stack with others when not in use.

Hard coat anodized pans, like this one, undergo a special electro-chemical process that converts the surface of aluminum into aluminum oxide. This hard finish promotes rapid baking thanks to its dark color, and will not flake off. Please note that this pan is not non-stick and must be seasoned. Please consult the Seasoning Instructions for more information.
