Seasoning Instructions

Perfect for baking signature pizzas time and time again, this American Metalcraft HC4010P 10" perforated straight sided pizza pan is made from 14 gauge, 1.5 mm thick hard coat anodized aluminum for superior durability.

This pan contains (82) 3/8" holes that allow the bottom of the pizza to cook fast and provide a golden crispy crust. Perforated bottoms also allow finished pizzas to stay fresh longer by allowing moisture to escape.

Hard coat anodized pans, like this one, undergo a special electro-chemical process that converts the surface of aluminum into aluminum oxide. This hard finish promotes rapid baking thanks to its dark color, and it will not flake off. It's important to note that it's not non-stick and must be seasoned. Please consult the Seasoning Instructions for more information.
