This American Metalcraft HACTP12N 12" coupe pizza pan is made from heavy weight 14 gauge aluminum to stand tough against years of use! Its wide bottom features nibs that are approximately 5/8" in diameter and raise the pizza approximately 1/8" above the surface, allowing moisture to escape and provide a mouth-watering, crispy crust. A small rim helps mold your crust and prevent overflow of excess cheese and sauce.
