Bake and serve piping hot, topping-loaded pizza on this American Metalcraft HACTP11N 11" coupe pizza pan with nibs! This pan contains nibs which are 5/8" in diameter and raise the pizza about 1/8" above the surface, allowing moisture to escape to provide a delicious, crispy golden crust. Made from durable, sturdy 14 gauge, 1.5 mm thick heavy weight aluminum, this pan has a wide bottom that heats quickly and evenly to thoroughly bake your signature pizza.
