Bake and serve your signature pizzas on this American Metalcraft CTP14N 14" coupe style pizza pan with nibs! This pan contains nibs which are 5/8" in diameter and raise the pizza about 1/8" above the surface, allowing moisture to escape to provide a delicious, crispy golden crust. Each pan is made from 18 gauge, 1 mm thick standard weight aluminum with a wide, flat bottom that heats quickly and evenly to thoroughly bake your pizza.
