This product is great if you have a flat top. For burgers its super fast to melt the cheese with this cover. Easy to clean.

Easy to clean, doesn't get too hot to handle during and after use. I just ordered another one so that I would have a spare.

This basting cover works great! We use them for anything and everything. Steaming green peppers and onions for a Philly Cheese Steak, flash-melting cheese on burgers, steaming fish, etc.

We added a new chicken dish to our menu which has melted cheese on top, ordered 2 of these basting covers to use for this and they worked great

A huge asset to our operation. Light weight. Easy to clean. And the heat resistant handle has made this product a dream to use. We love them.
