Overall User Rating: American Metalcraft 18916SP 16" SuperPerforated Pizza Disk ( 3.0 stars from 1 review )
I purchased these disks with high hopes for a crisp crust without the dreaded toppings shaking off the pie when I slide the pizza off the peel and into the oven. However, the holes are so big that the dough slightly protrudes, causing difficulty when removing from the disk. I stick with screens.
