The powerful, 1700 watt Amana RC17S2 commercial microwave oven provides high performance that's ideal for rethermalizing, boost-heating, and steaming in your busy commercial kitchen! Eleven power levels, 100 programmable menu items, and four stage cooking options reduce food prep time and waste while increasing consistency.

A unique double stirrer distribution system works with a pause setting that reminds the user to stir or inspect the food before further heating, helping to eliminate hot and cold spots. The Amana RC17S2 features a 1 cubic foot capacity, and a stainless steel exterior and interior with a sealed ceramic shelf that enables easy cleanup. A removable air filter protects the oven components from grease-laden air, prolonging the unit's life, and a clean filter reminder even tells you when it's time to be cleaned!
