This Alto-Shaam UN-27969 roll-in plate cart trolley is designed for use with your existing 12.20MW and 12.20W CombiMate heated roll-in holding cabinets. Best of all, it's also completely interchangeable with ES CombiTherm models and QC-50 Quickchiller models!

Designed for maximum capacity, this cart can hold up to 70 plates spaced at 2 3/4" each. For easy mobility, this cart features a removable handle and (4) swivel casters with brakes.
