This All Points 342133 heating element is a replacement for the one that came standard on select Star griddles. Your heating element brings the griddle up to the set temperature, so if it's broken or not performing to specifications it's important to replace it promptly. A working element will ensure that your unit holds foods at a safe temperature, which keeps you in compliance with health code. It requires a 240V, 4000W electrical connection for operation.
