Use this Shurtape AF 975 1 7/8" x 50 yards silver cold temperature, HVAC contractor grade aluminum foil tape to complete projects in your workspace. This HVAC contractor grade tape is ideal for metal and sheet metal repairs, metal ductwork, and projects involving joining and sealing aluminum-back or fibrous insulation. Designed for long-term use, this tape has a great shelf life and an indefinite product life upon application. It has a non-contaminating, siliconized, flat, white paper release liner to prevent the tape from sticking to itself. Its resistance to water vapor, odor, and smoke transmission makes this tape great for use in harsh settings.

This aluminum foil tape has a cold-temperature, white, acrylic-based adhesive. With a thickness of 4 mil without the liner and 7.5 mil with the liner and a tensile strength of 33 lb. per inch of width, this tape offers durability while still being easy to cut and apply. It has a 64 oz. per inch of width adhesion to stainless steel and elongation of 6%. Plus, its backing is constructed of dead-soft aluminum foil with a thickness of 2 mil. Suitable for use in environments with extreme temperature fluctuation, this tape has a service temperature range from -20 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit.
