This AeraMax 9608401 PRO II prefilter helps trap large particulates, such as hair and dust, so that the filter (sold separately) can be used for smaller airborne particulates. The prefilter is designed for use with the AeraMax PRO II air purifiers and should be replaced after approximately 1 year of use.
