This lotionized dishwashing liquid from Advantage Chemical was designed with hands in mind, and includes no soap, which would dry out and redden hands, and a pH balanced formula to ensure hands stay soft, even after washing pots and pans all day. Specially formulated for restaurant use, its able to maintain subs while emulsifying grease and oil, making sure they don't cling to dishes. Comes in four, 1 gallon plastic bottles
