Works well in cakes as it is mostly vegetable oil. A touch of olive oil improves taste a bit, but the price is cheaper than 100% oil.

I bought this blend looking for a more versatile oil. It did work well as a salad oil and as an oil for marinade however for deep frying just not as well as expected. still a great product for the price.

We hadn't tried this combination before, but this is a very good pairing of 2 healthy oils. Cooks all foods well. Will continue to use this now that we've found it.
