This 9" round foil take out pan is made of 30 gauge aluminum with a closable hemmed edge. It holds 36.2 fluid oz. with a weight capacity of 20 lbs., and is 1 3/4" deep. Sold by the case of 500 pans. The lids for this pan are sold separately: the dome lid is item# 612P509S, and the board lid is item# 612L509.

I use this pan for making casserole type dishes and serving them to customers. Then they just pop the whole container right into their oven.
