This 9" offset, serrated / wavy edge bread and sandwich knife makes short work of sandwich and bread slicing. The offset blade keeps knuckles from hitting the cutting surface.

One of one of our most popular knives, it has a ground blade that is highly durable and exceptional at "holding an edge". This blade goes through a special hardening process that results in excellent corrosion resistance. This knife is NSF Listed thanks to its sanitary white poly handle.
