This white, thermal, hot or cold pack can be heated or chilled, through microwaving, boiling or freezing. These pliable, non-toxic packs retain shape and are reusable. This thermal pack measures approximately 8" x 12" x 1".

After 3-4 minutes in the microwave, the pack will be approximately 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It will stay hot in room temperature for up to an hour.

    8" x 12" x 1" Thermal Hot or Cold Pack

    I purchased several of these to use with the insulated food carrier and they work GREAT! I just ordered a dozen more and three more of the carriers. Highly recommend.
