This stainless steel mold ring is important to good funnel cake operations. The "lift-off" ring not only give you the best results, but they also make preparing funnel cakes easy and fun. Simply fill the mold, cook a bit, then lift off the mold ring and let the cake float free. It includes a plate for the ring to rest on which eliminates any batter getting down into the elements. The ring is approximately 3 1/2" high.

    8" Stainless Steel Funnel Cake Mold Ring

    This ring and base really work but the directions are weak. Here is how to use this ring. Set the base in a pot with the legs down & place the ring on top. Then add enough oil to just cover the ring so when you pour in the batter it does not escape below the ring. As soon as the batter sets it's shape lift the ring out of the way and cook your funnel cake until a lite golden brown.
