the coated basket makes cleaning a snap! So much easier than our all metal mesh baskets. Wish it were a bit deeper though. We use it to bread our Popcorn Chicken, 8 inch can only handle 1 lb at a time the 12 inch holds about 3lb of chicken

This is a must have hand tool for any restaurant that does a lot of its own breading. We use one for breading boneless wings and chicken tenders.

This eight inch coarse mesh breading basket is great for making small orders of onion rings. It fits the perfect amount and lets the onion be surrounded by oil.

Very heavy duty basket, you will not have to worry about the welded wire structure breaking during your coating and breading, even with heavy poultry items. Great value for the money!
