    The metal part of this thing is great, and I got great results taming a gas flame when roasting coffee in a popcorn popper. My complaint with the thing is the wooden handle. I have used it twice and it's already turned black about half an inch up. I know the wood is there to prevent the handle from heating up, but I wish I didn't have to worry about exposing it to direct flame.
