This is a very sturdy, professional tool - perfect for restaurants and bakeries. Leave it in the pie to make it easier to serve sloppy pies or press down and then use it as a guide for your knife to slice the pieces.

This is a wonderful product. My church used this cutter in conjunction with the pie wedge containers BL644. It cuts slices that fit perfectly in the containers and makes very little mess.
